Access Data and Hosting

You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. Each time a website is accessed, the web server only automatically stores a so-called server log file, which e.g. contains the name of the requested file, contains your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data) and documents the access. This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, in a correct presentation of our offer. All data collected in the context of the use of this website or in the forms provided for this purpose in the online shop as described below will be processed on its servers. Processing on other servers only takes place within the framework explained here.

What data do we collect?

In the event of minor in either the country of residence or the destination country, the name, contact details and passport (or national ID document) of the minor’s parents will also be required.

How do we collect your data?
We collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order, when you contact us (e.g. via contact form or e-mail) or when you open a customer account. Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases we absolutely need the data for the processing of the contract, or for the processing of your contact or opening of the customer account, and you will not be able to complete the order and/or open an account or send the contact without this information. The data that is collected can be seen from the respective input forms.
How will we use your data?

We use the data provided by you in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the execution of the contract and the processing of your enquiries. After the contract has been fully processed or your customer account has been deleted, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after the expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use your data beyond that which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this statement. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be done either by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a function provided for this purpose in the customer account.

If you do not provide us with the necessary mandatory information, it is unfortunately not possible for you to apply through us.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this application procedure is primarily Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR.

Should the data be required for legal prosecution after completion of the application process, data processing may be carried out on the basis of the requirements of Art. 6 GDPR, in particular to safeguard legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Our interest then lies in the assertion of or defence against claims.

In summary, we collect your data so that we can:

  • Communicate with you throughout the duration of using our services (including telephone and email).
  • Process and manage your account relating to the services you require (including Visa and work permit applications).
  • Your data will be shared with potential employers as part of the service we are providing you with.
  • Your data will be shared with relevant government bodies when applying for a Visa and work permit if applicable.
How do we store your data?
We securely store your data at the sharepoint server of you company.
How long will your data be stored?

We will keep your personal identification information for3 years. The time will begin upon receiving your first personal identification information. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your personal identification data.

Some data will be retained indefinitely for archiving and statistical purposes, but these data points do not identify any individual.

What are your data protection rights?

We would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:

The right to access – You have the right to request Our Company for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
